We just picked this one up from Edmonds:

#3952 of 3956 done …. registered a 2008 EXT Cad by eieio2 Mar 27, 2008 (7:37 am)
I have successfully imported and registered a 2008 EXT Cad …. save about $25K

Hard to imagine … that difference in price. Staarted the process last Nov but was away most of the winter so the vehicle sat at a friends until now

Thanks to the people on this site for the information that assisted me with the import process and thanks to http://www.carswithoutborders.com/
