2008-03-31 - Today Robert Lamb and Serge Bergeron, co-founders of CarsWithoutBorders, are pleased to announce and introduce our Logo. The new CarsWithoutBorders logo was designed with the help and feedback of many of our members. We were overwhelmed with your replies, comments, and suggestions to our post of March 6th.
This post received a record number of comments from our members. Andreas Friesen, of Winnipeg Manitoba, volunteered his time and efforts to support our cause. We are very thankful and appreciative. Andreas quickly picked up the challenge and worked very effectively with us to produce a product we are very proud of.
We have also designed a “generic” members card, for our members, that you may want to print and hand out to your family, friends, acquaintances and “Local Car Dealer”

- Note: we are looking for a couple of volunteers to help us co-ordinate, produce and distribute bumper stickers, coffee mugs, and other marketing materials that would help us spread the word. CWB web site was created on November 20, 2007 some 4 months ago. As I’ve done in the past I’d like to share some key statistics with our members - thanks to Google Analytics.
CWB is viewed by visitors from 82 countries in the world. See the list of Countries here. (psst,,,, there are 189 countries in the world)
In Canada - visits from 433 cities - 67,000 visits from Canadians (yes includes the RIV) and 300,000 pages of text read. We have visitors come from all across Canada (mostly on the border) but we do have friends in Pond Inlet - way up North. See the chart from all Cities in Canada.

Mr. Patrick Joyce of Fontill.,Ontario, is the latest victim of the plot by Mercedes and Transport Canada to discourage Canadians from purchasing their vehicles in the U.S.
