Another RIV List update - and back to normal!

    The Riv issued another update of the list of admissible cars today…

  But it appears they forgot to put the previous markings that were in red back to black and white??    And did not define the new changes??!!  

  Only changes appear to be…. Section 8 — Motorcycles 2008 Scarabeo 50 now admissible . major changes to the Ducati and Polaris.

New Riv List!

 The RIV posted an updated list today.    And it looks like they are putting the changes in red.  Congrads RIV and Transport Canada!  This is a big move to make it easier for Canadians to understand the differences.

Jim Prentice wake up! What about Cars!

prenticejim_cpc.jpgToday Industry Minister Jim Prentice demanded an explanation from the two Cell Phone operators, Bell and Telus concerning their plan to charge Canadian subscribers for incoming text messages…. but what about Cars Jim?  Canadians are being gouged for $6-7 Billion a year.. what are you doing about it!

Another new list from Transport Canada

lawrencecannon.jpg Well, we have another new list.  Rather than spend my time going thru it all, I simply stuck it our web page.    Then I ran the comparison software and here it is:

Many changes, but some relating to the fact that any modifications have to be done by a certified Canadian dealer.  Does this mean the folks at Transport Canada will soon get rid of the Canadian Tire folks and insist all Canadians go to the Canadian dealer….Lawrence please be carefull, don’t be fooled!

this will raise a lot of  h@ll!
