Transport Canada created a new RIV list. It was posted late yesterday.
Overall it appears that they just want to confuse Canadians and scare off those that are thinking about importing and doing it themselves for the first time. This plays well with the manufacturers and we are pretty sure that the Import/ Export Brokers that do this for a living are not upset with the wording.
