Bob Lamb (co-founder CWB) informs Transport Canada that the situation with RIV and recall letters will not be tolerated much longer and that CWB will take action.

Federal Eco rebates - not for imported cars
CBC The National (Dec 14) piece on Eco-Rebates from the federal government yesterday. Federal officials claim the rebate up to $2,000 is not given to imported hybrid cars or other low gas consumption cars because the government is not able to ascertain that the imported car is truly NEW. We all know the real reason.. (part of the blockade) This is another one that we have to go after later.

Daily “Horror Story” This is getting Nasty!!
- It almost appears that the RIV should just suspend business for a couple of days. Send their folks home for a well deserved rest! Save the tax payers some money.
- Keep the managers there to handle emergencies and prepare the files for the ones stuck in hell! or sorry M. Charette , the word is “inconvenienced”

No Car to visit sick parents!

- This is why we encourage all of you to keep writing those letters to the Treasury Board members… they will be leaving for the holidays shortly..
- This situation is so bizarre, anyone with any compassion, would just issue an order to the RIV.. plate my teamates now!
