U.S. vehicle sales plunged last month to their lowest level since 1991 as soaring gas prices mauled the pickup truck and sport utility vehicle markets and even bit into crossovers, one segment that has been a bright spot for the embattled Detroit Three.

Through the first half of June, total auto sales in the U.S. were running at an annualized rate of about 12.5 million, according to J.D. Power & Associates. It was the lowest level in decades and a huge drop from the year-earlier annualized rate of 16.3 million vehicles.

What a crock of s@@t. The bottom line is that by buying from your establishment Canadian consumers are just sending more money to Japan. Why aren’t you fighting Toyota for lower prices for your customers instead of trying to pull the wool over their eyes?
It’s 2008; consumers see through this crap now.
I just checked Transport Canada & US Transportation web sites - ref. recalls for Honda and Toyota
2008 - Toyota Canada - NO recalls - In USA - Camry has a recall?
2008 - Honda Canada - recalls on FIT and Ridgeline only - In the USA, same as Canada
So Honda is refusing to give a No-recall letter on cars - vans that have NO recalls.
