 Another new list was posted today!   It appears that Transport Canada is attempting to make the list so complicated that they will be dutifully employed after the next election and for the next several years! 

This group is out of control!  Why can they not follow simple management procedures and provide proper documentation controls that include version numbers and most importantly a list of the modifications, and reasons for each.  

We are sure all the managers have Blackberries and all the latest equipment and software tools.  Why can’t they use them!

We were told several months ago that the department was going to improve this process and the report.  Nothing has happened.

The entire department comes across as a bunch of unprofessional amateurs!   God help them if they ever find themselves looking for a job in Private industry.

Note: we wonder if we should complain so much, they might outsource the work to implement better procedures to a company for a couple of million!    Maybe they are just waiting for their friend or relative to be in a position to quote on the work.
