Another new RIV list from Transport Canada!
It appears that the differences are:
2009 Toyota Yaris Liftback is now admissable.
Vantare Intl. and Winnebego Industries - modifications.
Deletions of Holiday Rambler,Jayco Inc.,Kibbi and Liberty Coach.
And last but not least the wording on Volvo has changed again to read “Please contact Volvo Cars of Canada at 1-800-663-8255 for detailed contact information regarding retailers in Canada as well as information on U.S. Vehicle importation”
I hope they have it right now…. but why can they not say..
“If your new U.S. Market Car comes equipped with those items required to pass the Canadian Tire Test…(Daytime running lights, speedometer in kilometers, immobilizer , child teather strap holders… etc.. then you are ok”
Transport Canada just wants to confuse Canadians. Shame on you Mr. Cannon!
