Reductions are anywhere from $1,900 on the Prius to 7,900 on the 08 Lexux sc series.

could it have something to do with June sales for toyota in the US?
“Even Toyota, with its flexible, efficient factories,
couldn’t make the shift from trucks to cars as quickly
as American drivers. Its sales for June shrank 21 percent.”
Its great cause it now puts pressure on the other car makers to match them.
