TC-RIV - Why a recall letter if no recalls ?

I just checked Transport Canada & US Transportation web sites - ref. recalls for Honda and Toyota

2008 - Toyota Canada - NO recalls     - In USA  - Camry has a recall?

2008 - Honda Canada - recalls on FIT and Ridgeline only - In the USA,  same as Canada

So Honda is refusing to give a  No-recall letter on cars - vans that have NO recalls.

Transport Canada - RIV - please wake up!

Check for yourself when you are paying for a recall letter on a car that has NO RECALL

    Transport Canada/RIV:

    Transport Canada and RIV are tied as regards incompetence.

    There are millions of cars right here in Canada that safety recalls have not preformed!!….wouldn’t it be a good idea to have the car manufactures try harder to reach these owners….

    TC/RIV, its time to rid the department of “dead wood” in form of lazy governmental workers with no customer service experience…remember you work for all of us Canadians, and not lobbyist.
