    It appears Serge has made some inroads with some Quebecers on another Form, which is good news! This is an excellant report televised on October the 2nd. I wonder why we have not seen any follow-up stories? It is interesting, just how easy it was for Martin Senegal to obtain his plates, when infact the RIV was telling me and hundreds of other Canadians that our HondaAcura Cars were inadmissible. Also make another note, no discussion of anti-theft devices?? Because it was not an issue, then. It appears that Transportation Canada & Car folks just brought this up in late October! Note the law was implemented om September 1st, yet no one knew about it! We know of two other Quebecers that purchased Hondas (built in September 2007) and they have their plates.
